Christopher Sauer and colleagues from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Medical School developed a model to predict TB treatment failure using deep learning on TB Portals data. They report their findings in the latest issue of PLoS One.
TB Portals Consortium member Yixiang Wang gave the oral presentation “Differential cavity lesion characteristics of drug sensitive and multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis” at the 2018 Chinese Congress of Radiology in Beijing, November 7-11, 2018.
