Access TB Portals Data

The TB Portals provides free, open access to our comprehensive tuberculosis data and research tools. Whether you are a researcher, educator, or student, you can:

  • Explore and analyze our datasets directly on the platform.
  • Export results for your own research projects.
  • Submit a request for full datasets.

To support different research needs, TB Portals data is now distributed through two channels. Both require a Data Access Request to be reviewed and approved. Select the appropriate option based on the type of data your research requires. If you have questions, email TBPortalsInfo@mail.nih.gov.

For more information on what is contained in each data set and how the data is collected, visit What Types of Data Do We Have?
