User can find cases of interest through filter functionality or by searching for a specific patient identifier. A full case record contains clinical and demographic information about the patient case with a unique identifier.
The Case Browser also allows users to view radiology reports and associated X-rays and CT scans with the patient case. A number of patient cases include colored lesion annotations on CT scans that have been generated from machine learning methods.
Bacterial genomic information like lineage and octal spoligotype can be found in case records, along with links out to its location in NCBI's Sequence Read Archive.
